Ian Walker is a solid construction professional with a wealth of leadership experience in the construction and property industries complemented with good commercial and business acumen. Occupying directorships and senior management positions in the property development, construction and professional environments, a good all round knowledge of all facets of the built environment industry has been attained across a range of market sectors.

Experience has been gained in all aspects of the complete development process from site identification/acquisition through planning to completion and sell out. Management through setting and meeting agreed targets and objectives has ensured a legacy of successful profitability. A sound knowledge of legal and contractual matters contributes to the protection of all parties’ interests.

Good inter personal skills have resulted in an ability to build and manage development teams that are results orientated and goal driven. These skills coupled with congeniality and a sense of humour have enabled good relationship building and ensured coordinated project objectives with defined roles and consensual value criteria.

Ian has also provided independent facilitation in Value Management strategies at various intervention points in the development cycle.
